At Belleek Pottery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your genuine Parian china or home accessories within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your return documentation.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original Belleek gift boxes and shipping cartons, ensuring all delicate pottery is cushioned with adequate protective wrap to prevent breakage.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
